Meet Anna

I help individuals and teams manage stress, build resilience, and feel their best — through mindfulness, meditation, and holistic nutrition.

Anna Kopiec is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher dedicated to helping individuals and teams reduce stress, restore balance, and build lasting resilience. Having led high-performing teams in the luxury fashion industry, she understands the pressure, exhaustion, and overwhelm that many professionals face — and how difficult it can feel to sustain focus and energy in demanding environments.

In search of her own balance, Anna turned to holistic practices that restored her health and performance. She went on to graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and complete her Yoga Teacher Training in Kundalini Yoga, blending evidence-based nutrition with tools for nervous system regulation. Her passion for lifelong learning has also taken her deeper into mindfulness practices, including a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat, which continues to enrich her personal practice and teaching.

Today, Anna brings this experience into her work with both individuals and organizations. Through one-on-one coaching, workplace wellness workshops, and guided practices, she offers practical tools — from mindful breathwork and meditation to nutrition strategies and stress management rituals — that fit seamlessly into modern life.

Her mission is simple: to create accessible wellness experiences that help people feel calmer, more focused, and more energized — at work and beyond.
