About Anna
From High-Pressure to High-Capacity
I’m Anna Kopiec—a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. My work is dedicated to a single, essential goal: helping you build a body that feels steady enough to support the life you’ve built.
My background in leadership within the luxury fashion industry—most recently as Store Director at Saks Fifth Avenue—gave me a firsthand understanding of the energy and dedication required to maintain high operational standards. I have navigated the pace and the complexities of that environment, witnessing how vital it is to have the tools to support our internal resilience alongside our professional goals.
That experience taught me that true wellbeing isn't about escaping a busy life—it’s about building the internal capacity to meet it.
The Approach: Science Meets Stillness
My method is grounded, evidence-informed, and practical. I bridge the gap between nutrition and somatic wisdom, focusing on:
Targeted Nourishment: Using food to support hormonal health, blood sugar and help to soothe a reactive digestive system.
Nervous System Support: Practical tools—breathwork, meditation, and movement—that help your system shift from "survive" to "thrive."
Sustainable Rhythms: Building rituals that fit into a high-demand schedule, rather than adding more "work" to your plate.
The Training
My practice is informed by my training at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and my certification in Kundalini Yoga. To ensure my work remains grounded and relevant to modern life, I have studied mindfulness under the guidance of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and participated in 10-day Vipassana retreat. I am currently completing my certification as a Mindfulness Workshop Facilitator through Mindful Leader, to bring this depth of work into corporate and group settings.
The Result: A More Responsive You
The goal isn't a "perfect" state of balance. It is about resilience. It’s about noticing when you’ve been pulled off-center and having the tools to return to steadiness again and again.
If you are ready to stop simply "managing" your depletion and start nourishing your resilience, I would love to guide you.
