Having served as a Store Director for Saks Fifth Avenue, her work bridges evidence-informed nutrition, mindfulness education, and nervous system support—translating these practices into high-impact, relevant tools for modern professional life.

Currently completing her certification as a Mindfulness Workshop Facilitator through Mindful Leader, Anna specializes in delivering structured, professional programs designed for corporate environments.
