A consistent, guided space to move, breathe, and work with your energy.
These sessions are designed to help you cultivate awareness, support your nervous system, and explore tools for clarity and resilience. Each week blends activating and grounding elements, paced intentionally to meet you where you are.
No prior experience is needed.

Kundalini yoga is a breath-led, meditative practice that works with both activation and regulation of the nervous system.
Think of this as a moving meditation. We use rhythmic movement and intentional breath to shift out of 'autopilot' and back into a state of grounded awareness.
Sessions may include:
Rhythmic, mindful movement to awaken energy
Focused breathwork to support clarity and regulation
Periods of rest and reflection to integrate and ground
Breathwork and movement are powerful components; modifications are always offered to suit your capacity on any given day. This approach helps release tension, support energy flow, and foster inner steadiness, making it a practical tool for daily wellbeing.
