INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 TSP OF CEREMONIAL MATCHA POWDER

  • 1 SCOOP OF COLLAGEN

  • 1 CUP OF HOMEMADE NUT MILK (RECIPE HERE) OR 1 CUP OF GRASS FED ORGANIC MILK

  • 1 TSP OF MCT OIL

  • OPTIONAL:

  • 1 TSP OF RAW HONEY

  • SPRINKLE OF CEYLON CINNAMON

The Ritual

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a splash of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy. This step is about patience and presence.

  2. Warm your milk of choice until gently steaming, then blend or whisk in the collagen.

  3. Pour the milk over the matcha, stir slowly, and if you like, swirl in raw honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
